Mr. Berman and his team was amazing helping me with my case when I was involved in a rear end accident including me, my child, and significant other, outside my residential state on Christmas Eve.

Josh Berman was the absolute best! He was truly hope in a time of hopelessness when I had my accident.  A friend had suggested him to me after dealing with an incompetent attorney previously who didn't seem to have my best interest. I was bit by a dog in August 2022, and I had called about 8 law firms to see if they could accept my case and fight my case; 6 of them refused to fight my case since they didn't think it was strong enough, or I was out of the jurisdiction of their practice.
