  Mr. Berman and his team was amazing helping me with my case when I was involved in a rear end accident including me, my child, and significant other, outside my residential state on Christmas Eve.

  Joshua Berman is the best injury lawyer in the DMV. I was bit by a dog in August 2022, and I had called about 8 law firms to see if they could accept my case and fight my case; 6 of them refused to fight my case since they didn't think it was strong enough, or I was out of the jurisdiction of their practice. Out of the 2 firms that were willing to fight for me, one was Dross Berman. Joshua fought my case for months with an uncooperative party, and got me the highest settlement possible.
