After graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Stephen Erhart served as a law clerk to the Honorable Louise G. Scrivener of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Since initially practicing insurance defense representing insurance companies, Stephen has spent the last 15+ years representing the interests of injury victims in State and Federal courts and before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Social Security Administration, accumulating valuable bench and jury trial experience. Prior to joining Dross Berman, Stephen represented personal injury clients victims at the Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler in Baltimore, Maryland and Wilson & Parlett. Stephen is a lifelong resident of Maryland, and currently resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and two young children.
